I can very much recommend Hypno Geburtsvorbereitung. The single coaching with Diana was thoroughly intensive, 7 hours inclusive a break. Diana was very flexible and has spontaneously dealt with other issues that come up on my end.... This had a considerable impact on me in the last weeks. I feel confident after the coaching and discovered the "yes, I can do it" through Diana's work in order to experience my planned home birth in autumn this year in a positive and joyful way.
